Wash your Zucchini under cold water and dry them with a dry cloth. Slice the zucchini with a mandolin
Grill the zucchini on hot griddle pan for 2/3 min each side and place them on a the salad bowl
Dice your garlic clove and slice you mint leaves julienne. Add them to the cocked zucchini, season with salt, pepper Olive Oil and Apple cider Vinegar.
